Verify that the public landing page loads successfully and shows the main marketing message plus the demo role choices.

Preconditions

• The local app is running
• You are not required to be signed in for this page

Test steps

1. Open `http://localhost:3000/`
2. Wait for the page to finish loading
3. Look for the main hero heading
4. Look for the demo role section
5. Confirm the page shows role options a user can choose from

Expected results

• The page loads without an error
• The heading `Smarter on-call coverage without changing your rotation.` is visible
• The heading `Choose a demo role` is visible
• The page appears usable as the public entry point into the demo
